Our Story

In 2017, Steve Seiferling decided that he wanted to move back to Saskatoon from Regina.

Larry Seiferling, who has worked for almost 50 years in labour and employment law, and Steve had a casual conversation in September 2017, where they talked about Larry’s long-time dream of founding a firm with a focus on one area of the law – labour and employment – which could be cutting edge, and adaptable to changes in the market.

By the end of 2017, Larry and Steve had founded Saskatchewan’s first boutique management-side labour and employment law firm.
